Ninth Regional Meeting of Youth with Diabetes in Concordia

From October 13 to 15, the 9th Regional Meeting of Youth with Diabetes will be held in Concordia, organized by the Concordiense Diabetic Association, AIM registered.Registrations are already open.

The meeting will be on October 14, 14, 2017, at the Maevia Foundation of Lake Salto Grade, Concordia.

Registration is done only online, and is personal.Attendees must present the medical apt certificate issued by the professional who usually attends.Meanwhile, minors who participate in the event without the mother, father or tutor must: send scanned (see detail in the registration confirmation e-mail) and present when the event is accredited, the authorization of minors signed by mother,father or tutor.Complete the registration form with the data of the responsible person who will accompany the child during the days the event lasts (family members, association leaders, etc.)

Registration payment can be done through the methods detailed in the file.

As they advanced from the organization, during the days there will be talks, workshops, physical activity and a lot of good vibes.

Young people between 15 and 35 can participate.
