Mexican Diabetes Association offers help

The Mexican Diabetes Association offers medical assistance to all diabetic affected by the earthquake in the CDMX.

Through its Facebook profile, the civil association focused on the combat and treatment of diabetes, published a message offering insulin and glucometers to the diabetics affected by the earthquake that do not have the option to return to their homes.

Since the impact of the earthquake on Tuesday, September 19, members of the Mexican Diabetesociation in Mexico City have remained active making collects of surgical material and healing.Donations were made both by civil society and by pharmaceutical companies.

The gathered donations were distributed around various collection centers in Mexico City such as;Zócalo, Plaza de Toros, Xochimilco, Lindavista, Medical Center 21st century and the College Center of the Enrique Rébsamen school in Coapa.More collects of this type are expected to be made by the association in the near future.
