The Madrid Health School organizes a workshop for people with type II diabetes

The Madrid School of Health of the Community of Madrid and the Association of Diabetes of Madrid have organized a training workshop aimed at people with type II diabetes mellitus and their relatives, in order to promote self -care and healthy lifestyles that have an impact on theManagement efficiently of this disease.
The workshop begins this Friday, September 21, in the afternoon at the headquarters of the Diabetes Madrid Association and will be held once a month until December.
Among the issues that are going to be addressed are the differences between type I diabetes and type II;the importance of food;physical exercise;self -analysis;hypoglycemia;hyperglycemia;and special situations such as celebrations and trips that can alter care.
The workshop is free and you can go prior registration until capacity is completed.
