Informative days on diabetes, next Friday in Moralzarzal

The City of Moralzarzal, in collaboration with the Health Center, has organized an informative day on diabetes this Friday, December 15.
The appointment, which will take place at 11 in the morning at the home of the elderly, will be given by Lorena López Castañón and Manoli Ruiz Gómez, health personnel of the Moralzarzal Health Center and Hadyar El Azhari.
During the same, the glycemia measurement of all participants will be carried out, guidelines for their control will be offered, a 30 -minute walk will take place (after which the glycemic index will be measured) and participants will be invited to a snack.
