Weight increase with Lantus

Hello good morning,

I am a lad type for 3 years, which I have been in treatment with metformin and diet.I have lost about 23 kg, but even so in this last review, Lantus has also put me for the peptide c.In 15 days and with more control even in diet I have taken almost 5 kgr, is this normal ???
