Before the alarming increase in cases of diabetes of the last 11 months of 2017, the Ministry of Health quantified 11 thousand 508 cases of this condition, the deputy Sergio Garza recalled that in 2016, there were 9,425 cases, that is 29 patientsdetected daily, so prevention campaigns and work centers are urgent.
In the same way that the Congress requests the Ministry of Health to guarantee the supply and continuous access of inputs and clinical tests related to diabetes, individually, according to the need of each patient and their status of the disease.
The deputy of the Democratic Unit of Coahuila insisted on preventing this disease that is among the first causes of death in Mexico, according to the Mexican Diabetes Federation only in 2014, 4 million people said they had been diagnosed with this condition.

According to data from the Ministry of Health of Coahuila, the cases detected of diabetes during this year 2017, by health jurisdiction in the State are:

4.- Monclova: 2 thousand 181.
5.- Four ciénegas: 179.
6.- Torreón: 3,578.
7.- Francisco I. Madero: 355.
8.- Saltillo: 2,600.
Similarly, the coinage legislator stands out, which in financial matters represents an expense of 3,430 million dollars a year in their national service and complications.
