Hundreds of children travel the city in the hands of Sodicar to raise awareness about this disease
The Cartagena City Council square was dyed yesterday in blue with the shirts, flags and scarves of the more than 500 participants of the VIII United Solidarity March for Diabetes.You can see here the images of the march.
It was held yesterday after postponing on November 14 for the inclement weather.The activity is part of the XVII Diabetes Week in Cartagena, which this edition has as the main axis 'family and diabetes'.
The day organized by the Association of Diabetes de Cartagena and Region Sodicar had a march through the streets of the center in which hundreds of people participated, most of them children.Participants received fruits and water to promote eating habits according to a healthy life.
The march left from the town hall square to the main street, passing through doors of Murcia, Calle del Carmen, Paseo Alfonso XIII, until it reached the Regional Assembly, where the Magician Abel Magic put the brooch.
