I have to take glucose levels 2 or three days a week, clicking on the fingertips before and 2 hours after breakfast, food and dinner.I take januvia 25mg and hardiance 10mg.The endocrine has seen me only once (next 31ene18) and the nurse twice (next 25ene18) tell me to follow the meal regime and lose weight. My BMI 33,8123 (112/1.82^2).I would like to know what the acceptable glucose levels are for those 4 or six times per week.Thank you so much.

Do you have diabetes or is it simply for a control due to high levels of sugar in any analysis?

Do not satisfy yourself with a hemoglobin greater than 7. If it is necessary to put insulin, it puts it.

Hija de 35 años , diabética desde los 5. Glico: normalmente de 6 , pero 6,7 la última ( 6,2 marcaba el Free)
Fiasp: 4- 4- 3 Toujeo: 20

Capillary glycemia should not be greater than 130 before meals and 180 two hours after these. The glycoslada must be below 7.
The treatment of the DM is based on three pillars: medication, diet and physical activity.
It is important that you keep your weight within the normal city.In types 2 a weight correction can give spectacular results.Your endocrine must decide on the change of medication but before insulin is that possibility of losing weight and oral antidiabetics.
Good luck.
