Hello everyone.I am Fernando, from Guadarrama, Spain and 3 months ago I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes after a heart attack.I am already mentalized that I have to lose some weight (about 5 kilos just according to the nurse) and have a healthier diet (I was one of the "sugar-dependent") although since I changed work to a quieter one, there wereIt considerably lowered the consumption of "nurseries" and was in the process of losing weight (6 years ago weighed 104 kilos and now I am in 82/85).
