Asla allocates 35,000 euros to investigate diabetes

Although at first glance 35,000 euros may not seem a lot, if many other companies follow this example, you could gather an amount of money would be serious enough to finance research that currently operates in mice so that once and for all they could applyto humans.

The Asturian laminated company (ASLA), located in the Villallana Industrial estate, in Lena, will make a contribution of 35,000 euros to the Finba Foundation.

The objective is to finance the hiring of a Doctor of Life Sciences for the development of an experimental research project on diabetes.

The appointment to seal this agreement will be made at the facilities of the Zinc laminate factory, with the president of the company, Macario Fernández Fernández, and Enrique Caso Peláez, Director of Management of the Finba Foundation.
