The Galician Health Service (Sergas) is still pending to specify with the Galician COF the services that will remunerate the pharmacist.In next meetings, the Administration will assess the proposals made by professionals.
The concert signed by the Galician Health Service (Sergas) with the COF Gallegos in September 2017 (entered into force in October for three years) collected the creation of a fund for the payment of pharmaceutical services, as CF has already published.This bag is financed by reinviring in it the 1 percent of the monthly billing of Galician pharmacies for the dispensation of absorbents charged to the National Health System (SNS).
COF and administration plan to meet to specify
Today, Sergas still has pending to establish which services will remunerate the pharmacist, after a proposal made by the COF.According to collegial sources, the Administration would be considering three of those proposed for its possible remuneration: cardiovascular risk prevention, where the detection of atrial fibrillation could collect prominence (according to scientific societies), early detection of diabetes and elaboration of custom dosing systems(SPD).
