The Provincial Health Institute organizes a new Diabetological Education Workshop

Diabetological education is considered a fundamental pillar of the treatment of diabetes, such as medication, healthy eating, physical activity.

The Provincial Institute of Health of Salta has organized a new Diabetological Education Workshop with the aim of improving knowledge and achieving correct management of the disease.

Aimed at its affiliates and relatives, the first class of the workshop will take place next Wednesday, April 4, from 4:30 p.m. to 6 p.m., at the Sana Life Center, located on Adolfo Güemes 680 street.

Those interested in registering must communicate to 437-3165 in the morning.

Throughout the six workshops, topics such as: What is diabetes and how it acts in our body, the management of crisis situations, the choice and preparation of food, the importance of physical activity and other special care are discussed.They may also evacuate all their doubts and knock down myths associated with diabetes.
