Diabetics de Manresa, Barcelona and surroundings

I am a type 1 diabetic of 38 years of Manresa, fond of yoga and hiking although lately I have left it.I would like to know other diabetics in the area to be able to create a group, talk and make outings, they don't have to just walk.
