Daniel Albero, "The Dakar diabetic", has just returned from Morocco after participating just two months ago in the 2018 Merzouga Rally, one of the competitions included in the Dakar Series calendar.

The popularly known as "El Merzouga" brings together the best pilots in the world of rallies, to test their physical status and that of their vehicles for the great races of the season (Dakar 2019 and Africa Eco Race 2019).

More than 1,000km of long, intense and full of dunes stages touring the Atlas media and the north of the Sahara, where Albero has ended in the 50th position."Having participated in a rally in the dimensions of Merzouga shows that our project is more alive than ever, and that the forecast is to continue for the next season, although we have to fight a lot."

Now, for the fifth consecutive year, the team 'A diabetic in the Dakar' will participate in the Queen of the off-road in Spain: the Low Aragon 2018. In its 35th edition, which is held from July 19 to 22 inTeruel and the Jiloca regions and mining basins, more than 200 vehicles registered in the categories of motorcycles, quads, cars and trucks will participate.
