Hi Othon, it is not something exact but 1 unit of rapida eliminates about 50-60 mh/dl.

NPH is insulin of intermediate duration.It is not fast action, it is really difficult to know that data, I think ...

The units are the same for all insulins, but the effect they are going to do to you is as they have told you, it depends on many factors that vary from one person to another.And the way of acting of the NPH, from my point of view it is infernal, while I was treated with "that" I did not get good control or far.Each one is each.:) & GT;-
