Patients with type 1 diabetes have more adherence to the Mediterranean diet

Researchers from the Biomedical Research Institute of Lleida (Irblleida), of the German Trias I Pujol (IGTP) research Institute of Badalona and the Cyber ​​of Diabetes and Associated Metabolic Diseases (CIBERDEM) have shown that adult patients with type 1 diabetes show eating habitshealthier and greater adhesion to the Mediterranean diet than non -diabetic.
