Good afternoon everyone,
I would like you to clarify these 2 concepts that are fundamental but I have some mess.It is assumed that the glycemic index is the speed at which sugar rises to the sang.More than 50 is high IG.High glycemic loading foods must be evidenced. As for the jelemic load, I already confuse. For example, watermelon has a high glycemic index but the glycemic load is low poke almost everything is water. So, many doubts come to me.If someone could clarify these 2 aspects.thanks a lot!!!!

The important thing is to know and learn those who have more glycemic index.

The load (it is like a second derivative) depends on the amount that one takes and the index.A little complicated

I try to agree on the most glycemics

The box is very good on the page 5 Q sends @Mamarvazq!
