wave after eating wings 2 hrs I have 200 glucose I would like to know if I owe dinner or not my treatment is insulin lantus 30ui in the morning two metformines a after breakfast and one after the food and at noon a glibenclamide with glucose of glucose with glucose with glucose200 at night I should have dinner?

You can not run out of dinner every night, if that happens to you regularly.
Maybe you would have to consider putting fast insulin

Do not stop eating, what you have to do is modify or change the medication.
You must do all your meals, including dinner.
Your endocrine will guide you for the most correct medication
