The Diabetics Association of Antequera and Region (Adiaco) has presented on the morning of this Friday, November 23, the I Regional Days on Diabetes that will take place next Saturday, December 1 at the Lozano Hotel, as the deputy mayor ofHealth, José Luque and the president of Adiaco, Juan Manuel Fernández.
The day will begin with the intervention of the nurse of the Maternal Child Hospital of Malaga, Miguel Ángel Maele Ruiz about the new technologies and disease control systems.After a break, the turn will be of the clinical psychologist, Elisa Arjona who will address a relaxation and management techniques.After lunch, a visit will be made to the archaeological set of the dolmens.
About 5:30 p.m., the Antequerano Podiatologist Pablo Gallardo will talk about the diabetic foot and the care of the feet in the patients with diabetes.
After him, the elite athlete with diabetes and duathlon champion and triathlon, Daniel Hans Jiménez, will discuss how to manage diabetes with sport and factors to take into account.
