Coffee capsules and glucose climbs

Good morning to all
I send you a query that I see is happening to me in time of confinement.
I am a lover of the coffee cut of bar, since the alarm state was decree, bought a coffee capsules coffee maker, and I notice that sometimes when I take it, sugar rises, and I do not make sugar.
Does anyone else happen?

If the coffee increases blood blood glucose.Not always.It is the liver who generates it I think.

Many coffees have sugar and especially those of capsules, look at the ingredients well.

I always drink capsule coffee Nespresso, and I have never noticed that it influences my glycemia.

I would say that Nespreso capsules are, at least mostly, of natural tabs.At least the ones I buy.

To me with coffee I have noticed that it produces me, even with soluble coffee.
