ABBOTT FREESTYLE SENSOR 2

Hello, my name is Manuela,
I have called the ABBOTT Spain customer service, since my free freestyle sensor gives me very low wrong values, they have told me that they do not give me a new sensor, since they consider the values within the range.
But tonight my sensor gave me hypoglycemia and it was false, ...
Does anyone else have problems with free freestyle sensors?

Of the three that I have of the 2 all have finished ahead of time, one day and a half before, another 4 days and another 2 hours before.The first days gives quite disparate values but in my case always upwards, and the alarms a chaos.I preferred 1. to replace the sensors for finishing the useful life ahead of time I have not had fights by Abbott.

Today I contacted the ABBOTT customer service, and advised me to look at the "percentage performance" box of the freestyle sensor that is detailed in the prospect ... I never saw that picture
According to Abbott, the freestyle sensor does not yield the same every day, there are days with very low performance and erroneous results.
Does anyone know that performance picture?
This already becomes complicated.Paying the sensor is much easier

I keep free 1 of all.
Free 2 fails a lot, everyone on the top, marks hyperglycemia with Normovalores, but enter the admitted tolerance range.
Bad, bad for the € 60/you it costs.
