My question is, I don't know when I have to inject the threeiba, since I can't put it at the same time because they can overlap .... ???

Insulin Tresiba is injected every 24 hours (yes, every 24 hours), if possible, at the same time every day and overlaps must be controlled with the dose and/or time of administration.

Between one dose and another of threeiba they must pass at least 8h.If the doses overlap, nothing happens since threeiba I think they are 40 h of action duration.
