Now I find that my levels before meals have been between 100 and 122. The problem that I am studying and working does not have time to take the pre-foods and I do not know how it will walk between meals.
I did well to change or do you recommend something?

You did the change well and also I would recommend the use of some continuous glycemia monitoring system, such as Abbott's free freestyle, to know your state during the time between sugar controls;You can also improve with that "information".
