Hi, I'm New and I have a 12 -year -old son who debuted 16 months ago.He has the sensor to make his readings, Freestyle Free 2, but we have realized that the reader has lost signal even being in the same room, despite being very large.At night he has been down and has not painted us.Someone else who used it and has happened to him?We are from the CCAA of Andalusia.Thank you
