Glucose drops at night

Itzitery's profile photo   01/19/2021 2:13 p.m.

Good afternoon;

I am going to expose my case since I have been with important diabetes decreases since OctoberVery short.

Today, for example, I have lifted with 55 glucose and Monday with 63 and during the day I usually be at 89.76 and even in 58, the problem comes when the night comes that I never realize that the glucose is loweredA year telling my endocrine to please put the sensors since they are giving me very important, apart from the fact that I am transplanted from the kidney and I have been worse of health, the other day I call the endocrine andHe said that I was going to make an extra request to look at the subject of the sensors, since because of my health condition I would benefit me from the subject of the sensors and it would be a great help to know when it is going down or up.

If I have realized that lately I am very low with glucose there is a day when I arrive at food time with 50 and at night with 63, I really don't know why they give me these whimers, I also have to say thatIn the last consultation with my nephrologist in the part they gave me they have since I have nephrogenic apart from having a ferropenic anemia.

The fact is that I am very afraid that one night I get so much glucose that I can give me a diabetic coma: '(.

Thank you very much for reading me.

all the best :)

You get a lot of abasaglar, this slow insulin once puts up to day, not two as you do

What factors intervene:
-Zone where you put the insulin, do not assimilate the same in the ass as in your arm to give you an example
-Type of HC that ingested and quantity
-Sulin chanting
-Aument of insulin sensitivity

And there are more factors but in this case I would rule it out since at least in general they tend to raise glycemia and not to lower it.

For me you are too fair for the low limit, I would first try to be around the 100-120 because if you get a little you will not go to Hip.

Would it also think that it has happened so that since October it is happening to you ... Any change in your daily life?sports action?etc ?

@Itzitery

It is complicated, but I would try to lower the slow insulin that you put in 2 doses.Both shots.And wait 3 days.And so on to that you find yourself better.I have the feeling that you have slow for what you tell.You can try playing to get less slowly in the afternoon, since that is the one that affects you at night and leave the morning in the morning.There are many options but I think you have slow insulin.

A very strong greeting

hello!!!

Well, an anxiety among other things and I really do not have changed anything or diet or anything and I exercise the same, if the renal function has worsened then I really do not know if something will have to do with something and I always put it in the gut changingThe sites where I puncture.

All the best.

In my opinion, the doctor, to heal in health, has scheduled an insulin barbarity so that you have low glucose and do not make the kidney work, but maybe the remedy is worse than the disease, my humble advice is that you ask forA second opinion.
Greetings .... take care!

Hello

@Itzitery
I think you have to keep going down the slow one but do it gradually until you avoid the hypos!

That is very important

Cheer up

Greetings.

I do not know what you should do with the worsening of renal function, but what I am clear is that you must rotate the injection zone to avoid lipodystrophy.

Try to change the injection zone in the ass that absorption is slower than in the belly and test.

Hi Itzitery.I am type 1 but nothing has to do.5 years ago I suffered nephropathy.I was financed by the sensors in the first place because suffered all kinds of complications that are linked to diabetes.I'm going to offer you something that I would have liked to offer me.Two weeks ago I received the Freestyle 2 the reader, and I have it without brand new.I dedicate myself to the management of a home care company, dependent people.The vast majority of my patients are type 2 diabetes like yours.And although it is being tried anyway that you can also access the financing of the sensors, it is something that is still about to discuss and to speak.I offer you to send my reader by mail and divert part of the orders that I make monthly by sending two or three sensors.I talked to your doctor and diabetes school and ask them how we did not violate the law.Well the only thing is that you will have readings of your glucose and that will help your endocrine to put treatment and if you do not care if my name appears next to yours. I explain it that way because the reader implies my name my name has given meme.Ask your specialist doctor and I will tell the company that facilitates and buy the sensors that you are a distant relative.Greetings and a lot of encouragement.
