Free Style compatibility error

Hello.I live in Cuba 🇨🇺 and my sister is diabetic.They sent him from Spain a Free Style 1 reader with his sensors which were working perfectly.They brought me a Colombian type 1 sensor and when I put it in the reader, it gives me compatibility error.I design that the reader is not compatible with that sensor.What can I do 🙏 ??

Call Abbot then, they should be able to help you solve what the problem is
Look, here in Argentina they send only 1 and is not compatible with the readers of Europe.The box where the sensor comes from that is for Argentina, Chile and Uruguay.

I think the sensors go through countries or regions as you could see and have told you, the only thing you can do if you have a mobile with NFC is to lower the application or "free freestyle app" of the country where the sensor isIf you can do) or the area where they are compatible (if the reader is not worth all of the mobile application, but to try). But the mobile or smartphone has to have NFC (if I can't not read the sensors) In addition the smartphone must have Android 8 minimum (I think) in what I don't know what the minimum is.The compatibility of the applications with the telephones can be seen on the Abbot website in the list only some telephones come the mine does not come out on the list and if it works.
