@Silviagrz with heat also happens to me, my feet swell and to my face.Luckily I live in the north.But if I go to heat sites, I spend the fatal, I am whole and even the head hurts.And I am not diabetic.

I carry the heat very badly, and in general.I am more swollen, added to the fact that I now hit many walks through the park/field.In the end it gets a very finilla sand, which is barely noticeable, but that next to the sweat, generates a friction ... and that is what I am noticing ... because in the end it is a small abrasion that I am very sensitive and I notice.And day after days and with the lack of habit ... I "burned."
I am solving it by stopping every few km, shaking whole, taking away socks and everything 🤣 and then I continue.
When I got home, always, I wash well, hydrate me, I checked myself well and the situation has changed a lot.
I was very very worried!
