Hello, surely you will need more insulin, growth can influence dose increase ..

Hija de 35 años , diabética desde los 5. Glico: normalmente de 6 , pero 6,7 la última ( 6,2 marcaba el Free)

It may be more insulin due to growth or hormones.At that age the control is quite complicated and you will have to constantly make adjustments.The hormones do those things and pass one day to be well with some doses and the next need much more doses.
Anyway, make sure the insulin is not spoiled.It could be that it has lost effect.It sometimes happens if it has been at an inappropriate temperature.When you make the next change of the infusion set use a new pen of the fridge.

If he was 202 and you put 6 or the same thing he fell short, it depends on his ratio, his sensitivity and what lunch, but if I take about five portions, it would be 5 or more two (I speak to you in. My case) for being in 202, there are 7, I don't know, I can tb that something like that can happen.
