My free freestyle2 does not sound alarms

Good morning,
My question is the following, I've been with the Freestyle 2 patch for 20 days.
It turns out that with the first patch it sounded to me in the alarm miles both bao and high, now it turns out that with the second patch and activated the mobile alarms does not whistle my alarm.
What can it be due?

Hi Melchor, very simple if using reader and complicated mobile, start sensor with the reader the alarms will sound in the reader to avoid it should start the sensor with the mobile and activate the alarms, I explain configure hyperglycemia hyperglycemia and signal loss.I am wrong what I am talking about should call the company and when the answering machine comes out that expelling one contact the software.Explain it and fix it quickly.All the best.
