I spend here to introduce myself to this forum.I've been diabetic for years and trying to be a athlete to maintain the form.I have entered here to inform myself about more experiences about sport and diabetes, especially to lower weight and maintain good levels, diet and others.If someone plays paddle tennis, living football or simply likes sport ... here I am!
