Glycemia increases for no reason

Good, the problem I have is that when lunch, I manage the correct insulin to the rations and everything, then 2 hours later is in rank, but if not melting that afternoon, I get up to 150-200 from a Normoglycemia for no reason, withouthaving eaten anything.Does anyone know the reason and how to solve it?My endocrine changed the slow of Lantus to Toujeo in case I did not cover myself 24 hours, per remains the same.Thank you

Then go up the 2ud basal and control if it improves.
While they don't give you nightlife and get up in the morning with more than 120 you can go up the basal.
