Well, really, ours is so complicated, there are so many thousands of factors that affect us, count well carbohydrates, protein, fat, hormones, stress etc etc, that worry a lot about the area of putting insulin for insulinThe glycemic index of food seems to me to say very peculiar.
Oh well…

DM1 desde Marzo 2018 (53 años). 7-10 unidades basal: Abasaglar (insulina glargina). NovoRapid. Factor 1.0/1.5.
Vivo en Alemania. CarboH total dia 70-80 gr. Deporte Gym todos dias L-V 1h-2 h
HbA1c 5,5% (Abril 2022)
Dexcom G6

@jldiazdel I understand what you mean but for example without eating my head, if as hydrates of a salad with peaks, I punctuate my thigh and if as a pasta, in the belly.

I think the shots will go there.
