Can I control glucose 3h after eating?or does it always have to be after 2h ??Thanks and greetings.

You can do it when you want depending on what you want to measure/control.
2h or 3 h no equal, it is postprandial glycemia.It is said 2 hours because that approximately what it takes to metabolize the food, but they can be 3,5, 3, 4 hours ... whatever one wants
