HDL cholesterol (good)

Well days I have done an analytical and the HDL cholesterol gives me. Algo. Alto ... knows if it is dangerous?The other cholesterol values. I am well.All the best

I have always, long before I have diabetes, the high or very high HDL, around 120 (in my analytics the reference is between 40-72) and the low LDL, around 60 (reference 10-155).Triglycerides are usually low around 30 (reference 20-150).

My internist has always told me that it is the combination of regular sport, healthy food and a help of genetics.He has always told me that it is a great heart insurance.He envies him.If the rest of the analytics are fine, don't worry.

But the best thing is that your doctor tells you, looking at other results of the analytics.

DM1 desde Marzo 2018 (53 años). 7-10 unidades basal: Abasaglar (insulina glargina). NovoRapid. Factor 1.0/1.5.
Vivo en Alemania. CarboH total dia 70-80 gr. Deporte Gym todos dias L-V 1h-2 h
HbA1c 5,5% (Abril 2022)

That you are high is not a bad sign.
It happens to me too and the endo has always told me that it doesn't worry at all
