The computer does not detect free freestyle 2

A few days ago they put the free freestyle meter 2, and so far, well.But I can't put the app on my mobile (it's old and I have to change it, I know, let's see if the kings behave this year ...).

So I have registered in Libreview on the computer, and installed the drivers that come on the page, etc.All good, until I connect the meter to the computer to raise the data.This immediately detects that it is connected to the computer.But the latter spends a tremendous time 'looking', and in the end he tells me that he does not find any connected meter.

I have tried in my Mac, and also on my daughter's computer, who has Windows.And the same thing always happens.I have tried Windows and with Safari.The same...

I have written to Libreview's help, but they don't answer me.

In the end.I don't know.Any help, or idea ...?
