In Dec 2020 I gave a 15.9 glyc.Then in April 2021 di 5.9.It cost me 2 months seeing blurry and a strong food and sport discipline.Then I relaxed a little (I explain that I am type 2 with almost exhausted pancreas and decided).I don't need more bread, but at breakfast.Some excess ... in short, let's see results ....
Well, I have given 5.6.I am very happy.What type 2, yes, but peptide C for the soils and now good result.
I wanted to share it with you for if I tell my friends sound like Chinese .... 😂😂😂
