X-DRIP Signal Loss Help!

Hello,
My son carried the free 2 with Diabox until yesterday, and yesterday the sensor was finished and we settled the X-Drip to prove if the connection was better (Diabox was very disconnected, with a Samsung).Before the end of the old sensor, I started the new one with the patch and X-DRIP began to receive data.He was working without problems until we removed the old sensor and it occurred to me to scan the new sensor with Diabox, thinking that the two systems could live together.

From there, X-Drip lost the signal and stopped receiving data.The patch and the original continue to scan correctly, but I had the alarms in X-Drip and now we have been left without, it does not let me put them in the officer or the patch.

Do you know if I can solve it in some way ???I have tried restarting the mobile, turning off bluetooth, making airplane mode ... and I have checked all permits, that the battery savings are not, that the background is, NFC ... etc.All!And I can't get to receive data since yesterday.The only thing I would stay would be to uninstall X-Drip and install it again.

If someone can help me, please .... the sensor is new and I would know how to change it!

Good morning.You cannot reconnect the PRCHAED APP with XDRIP.Once you read the NFC sensor from XDRIP or DIABOX, Bluetooth communication is direct with them.You will have to wait to restart a new sensor to use the patching app.With this you just have to use Diabox or XDrip:

Well, finally thanks to the contributions of the Nightscout group they explained that to me, that once I scanned with Diabox, the Bluetooth connection was lost with the patch.The funny thing is that I installed Diabox again, and suddenly X-Drip worked again.If you receive data again and have no connection with the patch, will it be because the data goes from Diabox to X-Drip?I would like to know just out of curiosity ...

No, XDrip does not receive Diabox data.I think that at some point there was that possibility, I am not sure, I speak of memory, but in the current versions I do not.The developers of these apps do not seem to get along so I don't think things change ...
