Heroku End of free hours

Good, a Heroku email has arrived in which he says that my “Free Dyno Hours” of the month of September are ending.

Enter the data of a credit card, to supply me more hours.

Has someone happened to?

I understood that with Heroku it was still free, and that what was going to be paid from October was
I have Nightscout with the latter and I thought these days do it with Heroku PQ they sent mail saying that it was going to pay.

Nightscout stopped working after a few weeks⌁

The same screen as the previous one, but received an email from Heroku that told him that he had no dynos hours ...

Verify your remaining Dynos hours in Heroku, click on the image of your profile in the upper right and select account configuration, then billing.

An account without credit card information has 550 hours free of Dynos, with credit card information has 1000h.
