Hello,
I am not diagnosed with diabetes but with prediabetes, what happens is that I went to share with some friends and I ended up eating about 210 gr of peanut I do not know if the peanut affects sugar levels.
No more carbohydrates consume per day only peanuts and vegetables.
Will peanuts hurt me to sugar levels?

Hija de 35 años , diabética desde los 5. Glico: normalmente de 6 , pero 6,7 la última ( 6,2 marcaba el Free)

You are not diabetic you can eat whatever you want.
Glucose must be between 80-110 in a normal person.
You have already asked this one under another nick .... I don't know what you are looking for, you should go to a psychologist.
