The computer does not detect free freestyle 2

Good to everyone.
A few days ago they put the free freestyle meter 2, and so far, well.But I can't put the app on my mobile (it's old and I have to change it, I know, let's see if the kings behave this year ...).
So I have registered in Libreview on the computer, and installed the drivers that come on the page, etc.All good, until I connect the meter to the computer to raise the data.This immediately detects that it is connected to the computer.But the latter spends a tremendous time 'looking', and in the end he tells me that he does not find any connected meter.
I have tried in my Mac, and also on my daughter's computer, who has Windows.And the same thing always happens.I have tried Windows and with Safari.The same...
I have written to Libreview's help, but they don't answer me.
In the end.I don't know.Any help, or idea ...?

I have tried 'everything':
Changed USB port.
Try another cable.
Uninstall the drivers, restart.Again install, restart and new.
I have tried Chrome, Safari and Firefox.All well updated.
I have tried in a Mac and on a PC with Windows.
Finally, I called Abbot.They took a data stack and told me they would call me.
Ah, and they suggested that the reader's button squeeze for 30 seconds, to reset it.Well, I will, but I have the doubt of whether, then, I lose the data, the readings that I already have ...
Anyway, does anyone know anything about this?

What SW version does your glycometer free have?
I failed free 1, when I changed to free 2, I updated the SW and it went well.

To update it you lower the SW file on the Abbott website.
I have Reader 2.4.8 and Version 1.00, but my glucometer is a free 1 updated as they indicated in their day on the Abbott website.
The sensor does not detect you because the glucometer port will have badly, the pins do not transmit info.It is common, sometimes in the SS they give you another, on the Abbott website it was about € 60 I think I remember.

Notice that your Windows PC has 8 GB of RAM, which is what View demands.
I had problems with my Windows 8.1 with 4 GB of RAM, I tried everything on the PC without success.
But on Windows 10 PC with 4 GB of RAM I allows you to raise the data in free view.
That is why I change the operating system.
On the free view page are the minimum demands that Tano requires to upload to see the data.
But I attest that with 10 if they can go up.
Do not forget to also see the processor and internet speed

I have tried it on a Windows 10 computer and I think 4 GB of RAM.And nothing.I am trying to do it on mine, a MacBook Pro with an i5 and 8 GB of RAM.It is a good machine, and can with many things.If this needs more ... Who do these things do, for NASA?
Do we really have computers with a more powerful processor and more than 8 RAM?
I don't know, really.What remains is to try it in my wife's imac.Already if that bug is little, I don't know ...
