This is already very easy.
Install web install on the mobile and clock.Install xDrip on the clock.
Change to my band xDrip (before I had my band) to Android Wear and on the clock choose the face of the clock.

But in Diabox you can choose what you want me to let you know and do it in the mobile and reflect it on the clock and warn you.In the mobile in diabox settings allow notifications.
