Freestyle 2 works with reader but has stopped working with the mobile

Yesterday night I had a sensor change.I activated it first with the reader and then with the mobile. Then I made several readings and the two worked.

This morning, when I got up, I tried to read with the MV and told me that the sensor had stopped working. However, the reader works perfectly.

Has anyone else happened to?

I think it says that if you use the mobile you do not use the reader and vice versa

It is the first time that happens to me and until then I used both (reader and MV) and without problems.

It has happened to me twice.I kept using the glucometer to measure and the diabox in the mobile.The LibreLink app detected error failure and told me to replace.
The pirmera once the glucometer also gave me a failure two days later;The second time I ended the 14 days of the sensor with the glucometer and Diabox without problems.

In my opinion you have to have both assets in case one fails.
