I always carry with me a backpack or bag with everything I need to carry my diabetes, from the feathers, replacement of the glucose monitor, that of the strips, glucagon, sugar or other foods to trace possible descents ... it is better to prevent!ha ha ha

Now there is already nasal glucagon, a visa recipe is needed to do it for health, but in the pharmacy you can buy without a recipe per 100 E.
What I don't know is expiration ..

Hija de 35 años , diabética desde los 5. Glico: normalmente de 6 , pero 6,7 la última ( 6,2 marcaba el Free)
Fiasp: 4- 4- 3 Toujeo: 20

If I sleep away from home I usually wear a backpack with everything I need: insulin, pills and sweets to overcome hypos and of course, the glucagon (I wear one in my bag and I have another spare in the home fridge).
At least one person who is with me, knows what he has to do in case of Hiccos Servera.
