Hello.I wanted to tell you a problem that we are having with the Medtronic Glycemia measurement sensor. My son carries the 670 g bomb and we had no problem until they changed it to the issue of ring safety. In bad time they changed it.They sent us the new one, we programmed it the same as the previous one and connected everything, sensor and meters.Following the change, the sensors did not exceed 3 days, the transmitter battery was exhausted when reaching 3/4 day ... pile change just in case it was a stack problem, new full load, the same result, a couple ofmore times to make sure, the same ... we call Medtronic to change the charger ... we continue the same ... we call again and change the transmitter, and we return to the same, 3/4 days of duration of theTransmitter battery. We call again explaining everything and finally change the bomb.We have always thought that there was a problem in it that made the transmitter's battery run out so fast or suck ... The issue is that with the new pump, we also neither managed to reach 7 days of the sensor, we stay in 5,Some 6, but we don't happen, and we don't know what to do ... Has anyone else happened to anyone? We no longer know where the problem comes from ..... Let's see if we can see where the failure comes from ... because in Medtronic they don't have an idea ...
