Help guideline pause pump

Good to everyone!
I do not know if this issue is open by the forum, but I have decided to pause with the bomb, I am hardly waiting for him to have an appointment with the endocrine (in April) and I will tell him that I need to pause.
The only thing I am not sure, and that is why if someone from here can clarify me 😅, is how I will have to change the pump to feathers.
It also gives me "regarding" the fact that I have been slowly insulin 😬 and I don't know how I have to do now to find insulins and doses.I used to use Novorapid and Lantus, now I use FIASP with the bomb.And needles I think I used 4mm.Nor do I know what kind of "bolis" they take, since mine were disposable ..
Who went through something like that?I have no information on how I should proceed, even if I fail the bomb I do not have slow insulin recipes or anything (in that sense my endocrine did not clarify much ...)
So if someone can clarify myself, I appreciate enough 😆
