Maria, I cannot help you because I am not in that situation but if you change the title of the message (you have put your aka) there is someone who can give you a hand.
By the way, another option: if you have type2 diabetes I know that in some communities (in fixed Galicia) they are recipeing a medication that clicks once a week (much better than an operation) and helps a lot to lose weight.I know firsthand because my father and hallucins are using what he has lowered!He has had to buy new clothes and everything ... says that since he uses it, he fills immediately.Ask your head doctor, his is prescribed.

Diabetes tipo 1 desde los 28. Cuando quedo con mis amig@s siempre llego tarde, en la diabetes no iba a ser diferente 😅 También tengo hipotiroidismo, asma y alergias varias... soy una pupas.
