I never carry any glucose types, I carry normal candies, some juice or fruit.

I tell you: not a single hypo (before it was almost every day after lunch and I had to be pulling Coca Cola or similar) and hyper only on Saturday night because, for fear, I got a little less.
Today, for example, at breakfast I have not gone from 185 and at 2 hours I was at 115. In today's lunch I have not gone 160 and 2 hours later in 120. Right now I still remain in 122 and stable.
I am happy because I think this is the way and not being uncontrolled until the endocrine wants to see me within 3 months.
