Diabeloop

Hello good morning.Yesterday I had to change the sensor and the transmitter.After all the operation the Diabeloop is in off mode and not let me activate, it shows me a message that says "Alarm 22000".The customer/patient service only recommends using emergency, until Monday they do not serve me.
Does anyone know what can I do?Thank you so much.
