Good question !!!
I asked for an appointment for chest reduction and elevation and have not put impediments;It is like in any other operation, you have to lower the basal for the fasting that you have to respect before the operation.
I operated on a mini breast cancer in summer (preventive medicine) and simply lowered 4 units the basal, I was waiting because they were delayed in an operating room, but I solved it with some sugar envelopes that do not affect in case of complications.Of course, I was after day with hyperglycemia outsourced by opioids of general anesthesia.
