Dexcom G6 application on mobile

Good night
I am new in the forum.
My question is about the Dexcon G6 application on the mobile.
I have changed to a compatible Samsung mobile to download the application from Play Store and when trying to match, it tells me transmitter not detected.I don't know if you can help me because I have tried several times and gives me the same error.I can't start it.
